A concept villa planned around one idea: the pool is visible from the front door and from every room in the house.

The initial concept was a glasshouse with a view of the pool while standing at the front door. As you enter the house you are immediately greeted with a view through the structure to the pool, visible from every room in the home. To the right, stadium seating steps down to the kitchen - a modern kitchen as party room. The elevated living/dining room was conceived during site visits to maximize views of the valley below. To the left of the entry, a guest room sits behind the garage, its owner's car on display behind glass to the street. The family room completes the first floor, adjacent to the pool; the second floor filters down to the dining room and kitchen. A master suite overlooking the pool and a jack-and-jill bedroom complete the upper level.
